Marquee

I bought this Hallow Green style a few days ago, thank you, for some reason this area of the style that I have marked in this attached image, is screaming to me for a marquee.

Is there any chance someone could tell me where in the style I can put a marquee code to make it appear in this area??

That section is coded in the forumhome_forumbit_level1_nopost template is the MT.dx style and consists of three images so you would probably have to create a special CSS class to float a marquee in that space and still allow it to be fluid.
