Hi, what country are you ordering from? There are certain countries we do not accept payment from due to risk issues so that may be why you're encountering that message.

Haha Turkey is on our list I'm sorry to say...the reason is due to large numbers of fraudulent purchases we have received from there in the past. You can get burned only so many times until you have to say enough eventually
