IPB version 3.1 skin updates

Novera isn't listed in the skin shop as

being available for 3.1 as yet, only for 3.0.5. But I doubt it'll be too much of a wait before

John upgrades it!

sorry, this one is still for 3.0.5 but I'm working on upgrading it as we speak Should have it

done by the first part of next week.

Novera-Red is updated for Version 3.1.1 and is

now available to download for those with active licenses or purchase as well.

I decided to drop the green and purple versions from this package but will be adding a blue

version shortly in their place

An updated version of Battlegear has been

uploaded to the client area. I suggest all who are running this download the latest copy. The

changes in this from the last release are:

• Updated styling for IP.Chat
  
  support
• Added 2 new images for IP.Chat styling

Just a follow-up to this, I have created and

packaged Novera-Blue now
